BEIA Engages at M100 Convention: Driving Sustainable Urban Future

BEIA was present at the M100 Convention for Climate Neutrality 2025, an important event marking the progress of Romanian cities toward climate neutrality.

The convention was organized by UEFISCDI and the M100 National Hub and was held over two days, November 27–28, 2025, at the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest.

The event served as a major European platform for debate and cooperation, attracting urban leaders, the academic environment, and representatives of the European Commission and central/local authorities. The main objective was to consolidate efforts to make cities “greener, more sustainable, and closer to people,” guided by the principle #NoCityLeftBehind.

During the event, a new benchmark was reached for Romanian cities selected in the Mirror Mission: the conferral of the M100 Label. This distinction officially recognizes the efforts and advancements made by these cities in drawing up their Climate Contracts and their shared commitment to building a more sustainable future.

BEIA’s participation underscores its interest in technological solutions that support smart, sustainable, and climate-neutral urban development.

By participating in this event, our company had the opportunity to disseminate the NetZeroCities and Wallachia eHUB projects.
