BEIA was a proud participant in the significant industry event, “MAKE it in ROMANIA” – A strong and reliable defense industry, held on November 26, 2025.
The conference, which addressed strategic opportunities in the defense and security domain, took place in Bucharest, Romania, at the NORD Events Center by Globalworth (Bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu, no. 4-6).
The goal of “MAKE it in ROMANIA” was to provide attendees from the business sector and specialized communities alike with deep insights into the defense and security market, highlighting business prospects both within established sectors and across new areas.
The event commenced with an official opening at 10:00 AM, featuring high-profile speakers, including the Prime Minister of Romania, Ilie BOLOJAN, Senator Nicoleta PAULIUC, and Eduard DUMITRAȘCU, President of ARSC. The main theme underscored the development of a strong and reliable national defense industry.
Furthermore, the conference served as a key strategic prelude for the Black Sea Defense & Aerospace (BSDA) platform, which is preparing for its 10th edition in 2026. This gathering underscored the maturation of a project launched nearly two decades ago to provide Romania with a leading international showcase for its defense, military aviation, and security industries.
By attending this event, BEIA had the opportunity to disseminate the Wallachia eHUB project.
