On September 26, 2025, BEIA proudly participated in the European Researchers’ Night, where it disseminated the Wallachia eHUB project, ENHANCE EUROPE and SeaGuard projects. The company was present both at the event in Bucharest and in Ploiești, engaging with the public and showcasing innovative research solutions.
The European Researchers’ Night is part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie events series and aims to show the general public what it means to be a researcher and how fascinating research work can be.
Held annually on the last Friday of September, this event takes place across most EU member states and brings science closer to people through engaging activities that combine education with entertainment—exhibitions, hands-on experiments, conferences, games, competitions, and more. Since its first edition in 2005, the event has attracted millions of visitors who have had the chance to meet scientists from all over Europe and beyond.
In 2025, the European Researchers’ Night was organized in 26 countries and over 400 cities worldwide, offering participants the opportunity to meet researchers and better understand the impact of their work on daily life. With curiosity, passion, and a thirst for knowledge, visitors experienced interactive activities, innovative project showcases, and unforgettable moments of discovery.
